The trips starts just as it’s starts getting dark, giving you the chance to see the difference between day and night, there fore start feeling how temperature drops , how sounds change and how what you see changes in side the secondary forest. Guides are experienced and know where to find trees that sloths love and also caves where tarantulas usually hide. It’s 100% safe to walk at night during the forest and it’s a great place to also see coatis, kinkajous, walking sticks, birds leaf cutter and and many other interesting creatures.
