Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on costaricainspire.com
This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Costa Rica Inspire.
By becoming a costaricainspire.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.
- Tours Cancellation Policy :24 Hours
- Transportation Cancellation Policy: 48 hours
- Hotels Cancellation Policy :48 hours in most hotels
- Packages Cancellation policy :7 Days
Your Responsibility
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product :Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc..
Standard Reservation Process and Confirmation
1-Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Payment Link by email for your Reservation
2-Within 1 hour of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation`s confirmation.
3 – A Confirmation will be sent to you via email after we confirm the payment of your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour/transport/hotel.
Tour details and contact information for the local tour operator will be included on your Confirmation for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
4 – Show your confirmation on tour day to your tour guide/driver or at the check-in desk on the day of your service. The Confirmations will serve as your proof of purchase.
Transportation Reservation Policies & Cancellation Policy
Please be ready at the given pick-up time and allow time for road conditions and other clients being picked-up along the way. Your guide and/or driver can only allow a 10-minute wait time.
If clients are not ready, the driver will ask the receptionist to indicate “No Show” at the time indicated.
Clients left behind are responsible for making arrangements to catch up with the trip at their own costs.
If you have not been picked-up within 10 minutes of your established pick-up time, please call our office.
- We prides itself in having flexible reservation and cancellation policies. Costa Rica Inspire will provide a refund should a service be cancelled due to inclement weather or safety concerns. No refund applies for services used (such as the cost of lunch, transport, etc,).
- Cancellations for transportation must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the service, in writing and acknowledged by Costa Rica Inspire.
- There are no refunds for no shows, last-minute cancellations or for portions of a service a client chooses not to participate in. If clients are granted a refund, the client is refunded according to how the payment was made.
Tour Amendments and Cancellation
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. In case of cancellation, each participant will receive 100% of the amount paid.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
