Hacienda Guachipelin Tubing

Enjoy non-stop fun and excitement bouncing and splashing down five km (three miles) of Class II and III rapids along this narrow, rushing river of crystal clear water. There are plenty of quiet pools along the way to appreciate the beautiful tropical scenery of the Rio Negro (Black River). Our special, individual river tube rafts are designed with handles and protective bottoms. Guides go with you and ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the duration of your experience.

Part of your river tubing adventure includes riding our trusty Costa Rican ranch horses from Hacienda Guachipelin along scenic trails through the forest to get to the river. Please ask if you want the activity with or without horses.

Please take into consideration that the required minimum age is 8 years old and must be at least 1,40 cm height to be able to take the tour in Hacienda Guachipelin Tubing.

If you do NOT have your own transportation to get to the park. In this case, we will book a tour that includes roundtrip transportation from places in Northern Guanacaste.

If you have your own transportation/rented a car, you will purchase just the tickets for the one day adventure tour. This means you have your own car and will drive yourself to the adventure center so you only need to purchase tickets/passes.
